Q: What are your shipping policies?

A: I typically ship orders out via USPS within 3 business days. If you’ve received a shipping confirmation but your package is delayed for unknown reasons please contact USPS directly. 

 

Q: Where does your turquoise come from?

A: The turquoise I source is from reputable mines, including well-known locations in the American Southwest, Mexico and all over the world depending on the type of turquoise. 

 

Q: I really like a specific piece but it is sold out, will you make more?

Feel free to shoot me a message here, to discuss pieces you’re interested in. While I don’t do exact replicas of past pieces due to variations in stones, etc; I would be happy to create something similar.

Q: Can I wear my turquoise jewelry every day?

A: Absolutely — just be mindful of rough wear. While turquoise is a durable stone, it's best to remove your jewelry during activities like swimming, cleaning, or heavy lifting.
